Daniel Kimia

New York executive Mr. Daniel Kimia has been a part of the Big Apple's bustling real estate industry for upwards of 20 years. Having reached a high point in his career, Daniel Kimia is fully involved in his role as the President of Whitestone Properties Inc. Mr. Kimia thrives in his top position, where he is in charge of administration, finance, marketing, construction planning, budgeting, acquisition, and accounting. Handling this many tasks comes naturally to Mr. Daniel Kimia, who has long-worked in the industry. Daniel Kimia also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Big Apple Developers.

Before he became a successful senior level executive in one of New York's most prominent real estate firms, Mr. Daniel Kimia was a student at the University of Southern California (USC) in one of the most populated cities in the United States�Los Angeles. At USC, Daniel Kimia busily worked toward his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In between his classes and studying, Daniel Kimia participated in numerous extracurricular activities, including the Accounting Society and sports such as tennis and basketball. After four years of hard work at the USC Marshall School of Business, Mr. Daniel Kimia earned his B.S. in 1982.

In addition to his position as President of Whitestone Properties Inc., Mr. Daniel Kimia also holds a top leadership position in the Homeowners Association for Kennilwood Owners Association, a community of 83 homes in the Village of Kings Point. Mr. Daniel Kimia is also a former member of the Long Island Board of Realtors.
